Estimation & Bidding
Walk through the project site and review any additional on-site questions. Scope of work is further clarified along with site logistics and meeting the owner’s face to face.
Contract Negotiation
We submit a preliminary budget based on tender documents and best assumptions for discussion. A further walk through and consultation may be required.
Contract Award
Contract is established with scope based on all documents obtained and walk through details. Admin and any deposit payments are processed and new project onboarding starts.
Construction Planning
Owner is onboarded to project management software. Project management team introduction and site mobilization meeting.
Monitoring & Control
Site superintendent and project coordinator for on-site quality control. Project manager to oversee inspections and scope changes. Accounting to monitor payments and invoices.
Owner Communication
Project lead has direct communication with owners. Project management software is open and available to all stakeholders to monitor scope, timeline and budget.
Acceptance Walkthrough
Deficiencies rectified. Conduct owner walkthrough and ensure project quality and requirements are satisfied.
Project Closeout
All manuals, warranties, insurance items are handed over to owners. All inspections and occupancy is obtained and project is complete.
